Room information
Travellers who prefer a private room must select the single-occupancy rate. Single rooms are limited. Solo travellers who select the sharing rate will be paired with a fellow traveller. Payment-plan timing may vary according to the booking date. The R4,900 deposit per traveller is non-refundable. Instalments are subject to the trip cancellation terms.

How do payment plans work?
Pay a deposit to confirm your seat, then settle the balance in scheduled monthly instalments via secure payment links and your customer portal.
Can I book for a group?
Yes. A lead traveller books multiple seats and captures each passenger's details, then manages a single payment plan.
What payment methods do you accept?
EFT and secure online card payments (where enabled). You'll receive a payment link for each instalment.
Is my deposit refundable?
No. The R4,900 deposit per traveller for all group trips is non-refundable. Any instalments paid after the deposit are subject to the cancellation terms applicable to the specific trip and our T&Cs.
When is the balance due?
Your remaining balance is paid according to the applicable payment plan which will be a 4-8 month instalment plan. The final instalment must be paid no later than 45 days before departure.
Are Flights Included in the group trip?
yes, Our group travel packages include return flights from Johannesburg, all regional flights and transportation to get you to the departure point in johannesburg are not included.
Can i join a trip and buy my own flights
only in special circumstances where a traveller is not in south africa- if you wish to exclude flights with your package, secure your spot online, pay the non refundable deposit and send us an email with your booking reference and request to exclude flights.
Do the group trips only Cater to women?
Yes, unless specified otherwise, all of our trips are designed exclusively for women. However, you may inquire about privately curated trips on our website for mixed or custom private groups.
Will i have enough time to explore on my own when i join a group trip?
Yes! Each day on the trips include dedicated “free time,” and the itineraries also feature at least one full day for you to enjoy on your own terms. You’re welcome to skip any scheduled tours if you prefer, though please note that these costs are non-refundable. Your days are as flexible as you’d like them to be!
Can I join as a solo traveller?
Absolutely! We welcome all types of travellers on our trips. You’ll meet other like-minded solo travellers, ensuring a memorable experience filled with lifelong memories and friendships. solo travellers who book a double occupancy room will be paired with another solo traveller on the trip.
What is the difference between the double occupancy and single occupancy rates?
Double Occupancy: Rooms with two double or single beds shared between two travelers. Solo travelers will be paired with another guest.
Single Occupancy: Private rooms with a large double bed for one occupant only. A single occupancy room requires an additional fee on top of the regular package price.
what is the average age limit for the group trips?
The average age of our travelers ranges from 24 to 50+ we have had ladies over the age of 50 and 60 join us comfortably and in accordance to their physical limits when it comes to the excursions.
Can i get a full refund if i change my mind or have a change of plans?
Unfortunately, due to vendor agreements, contracts, and pre-paid non-refundable bookings for tours, we do not issue any refunds. However, you may find someone to take your spot on the trip and assume the payments outside of the non-refundable deposit within a certain timeframe(more than 5 months before the trip). We do allow name changes within a certain timeframe but this is subject to supplier agreements and availability. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable for booked trips. If we cancel your booking and the trip will not be rescheduled, you may receive a full refund, including your deposit but excluding admin costs.
Is travel insurance mandatory?
While travel insurance is not mandatory for most destinations, it is highly recommended. We suggest obtaining a policy that includes trip cancellation coverage. Please note that we will not be responsible for any unforeseen circumstances, cancellations, fees, or inconveniences related to flights and other expenses in the unlikely event that a trip is postponed or canceled.
